I have operated my commercial mortgage affiliate website for close to a year now and are still struggling to get a good placement in google, is it in the sandbox? I don’t know.

UKCommercialMortgage.com is 871st for the term “commercial mortgage” 864th for “commercial mortgages”, 150th for “uk commercial mortgages” & 63rd for “uk commercial mortgage” with 23 pages indexed and a fair few one way back links including a couple of text link ads pr 6’s & here and one pr 7 site with six link resources pages.

This site is starting to do my head in now and so I would welcome a business partner that could help bring this to the first few pages of google through good seo techniques and make some good money, I have a affiliate relationship with Sterling Knight in place paying up to 1% of the commercial mortgage loan value, I would be able to offer between 20 - 40% of the profits depending on what you can offer, so please leave a comment below or contact me direct at businessmortgage(at)aol.com
