Affiliate Window have just released a new ContentWindow suite of widgets giving you more functionality on your affiliate sites.

The ContentWindow suite of widgets now includes three 3 types; ContentWidgets, BrandedWidgets & ThemedWidgets with a new interface including a drag & drop feature so you can easily add, remove, edit & order the products displayed in your different widgets.

ContentWidgets - The existing widget found on Affiliate Window.

BrandedWidgets - This new widget lets merchants add designs for affiliate to use, BrandedWidgets available at present include those from Empire Stores, PrezzyBox and Woolworths.

ThemedWidgets - Currently these widgets include gadget, music, toy & valentine with more ThemedWidgets due out each month throughout 2008.

Affiliate marketers will be able to design and add their own ThemedWidgets which will be for their own use and merchants can design and add new BrandedWidgets for affiliates to use.

Also the interface for ThemedWidgets allows affiliates who create their own ThemedWidgets extra editing functionality to customise description, image, price, title & image.

The new ContentWindow widgets sound very interesting, I’m going off to try out the toy ThemedWidget right now.

Affiliate Window have joined up with 32 merchants including dixons & vodafone to give you the chance to get a free present from under their Christmas tree on December 25th.

Each week from now to Christmas you will be able to visit the Christmas promotions webpage where you will find details of four new affiliate promotions or offers from four different merchants.

You must visit the Christmas promotions webpage every week to get a promotional code and this will credit your account with one “Christmas Coin”, the more Christmas coins you collect the greater the choice of presents you will be able to choose from. One coin will be available each week and eight coins in total are available to collect. The coin collection code will change every Monday in October and November.

After 3pm on December 25th you will be able to select a Christmas present from under the Affiliate Window tree and the range of presents to choose from will depend on the total number of coins you have collected.

I have added an “affiliate networks” list to the right hand side of this affiliate marketing blog which has 4 of the main UK affiliate network companies listed, together these networks cover a vast range of UK affiliate programs and different website types, for example Affiliate Future is excellent for travel & holiday affiliate programs such as Airtours, Cosmos, Direct Holidays, Going Places, MyTravel, Thomas Cook & Virgin Holidays

Affiliate Window has a massive range of UK shopping affiliate programs to choose from such as B&Q, Comet, JD Sports, John Lewis, Next, Phones4U and many more.

OMG network is heavily finance orientated with some excellent loan and insurance affiliate programs such as Churchill, First Plus, RAC, Morethan, Sheilas Wheels & Virgin Money.

Paid On Results have a good all round range of affiliate programs to choose from like Astro Bingo, Freemans, Look Again & Red Save.

I recommend signing up to at least 1 or 2 of the above affiliate networks to help you make lots of money from your website.
